Welcome

Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014

Welcome to the official online home of Texas Senate District 11, a general purpose committee (PAC) formed to help build a strong, conservative coalition of grassroots activists and party leaders.  By fostering open communication and mutual respect, we are succeeding in breaking down the barriers that prevent good people from working together to keep our district a conservative stronghold in Texas.

As one of the most conservative districts in the state, we owe it to ourselves to recognize our commonalities rather than our differences, and use that to defeat the greatest threat we face.  That threat is not found in any faction of the Republican Party.  Instead, it is found in the corrosive and liberal agenda that we must all work together to stop at the ballot boxes in November.  Together, we can protect conservative values and principles, and fight alongside one another to ensure liberty, prosperity and economic freedom are preserved throughout our state and nation.

Please take a moment to look around, and check back often.  Also, we hope that you will like/follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites, and sign up to receive our periodic email updates.  We don’t share our distribution lists with anyone.  If you are a conservative living or doing business in Senate District 11, we look forward to connecting with you.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, comments or concerns.  God bless!

Upcoming event? Let us know!

We all belong to different organizations and clubs, and there is no shortage of events and meetings going on in our district.  Often times we learn about this events after they have ended, or when it’s simply too late to go.  Other times we spend weeks or months planning for a banquet or fundraiser, only to be completely disappointed by the turnout.

Recognizing the need for a district-wide calendar of events, we are now inviting all conservative organizations, campaigns, and local Republican parties to share your events with us.  We will publish them on our master calendar, and do our best to help you promote your efforts.  This tool is not meant to replace your own organization’s calendar, but rather to serve as a district-wide resource that all conservatives in the district can go to for the latest happenings.  By engaging grassroots activists, we hope to use this tool to build participation and involvement across our district and in your organization.

To have your organization or campaign’s events added, please email the following information to events@txsd11.org:

  • Event name
  • Date/time(s)
  • Recurrence (if so, how often)
  • Location and address
  • Cost (if applicable)
  • URL for ticket purchases (if applicable)
  • Organization name
  • Contact phone number
  • Contact email address
  • Organization or event Web site
  • Brief description of event

Please note that events may be screened by Texas Senate District 11 to ensure that they are not events for Democratic and other liberal organizations or campaigns.  We will notify you promptly if there is an issue with your event submission, or if we need more information.  We hope that you will use this tool as often as needed to help boost involvement and participation in your organization or campaign.  Thank you for partnering with us to keep Senate District 11 RED!
